End User License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using Selector Coins Manager.
Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD for the Selector Coins Manager software product, which includes the iOS application and may include associated media and online or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Important: By using Selector Coins Manager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
License Grant
SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the Software — install and use the Software on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the App Store terms.
- Manage your inventory — create and maintain local coin collection records, photos, sets, wishlists, and exports for your own use.
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD.
- We own: software code, designs, graphics, text, branding, and other content in the application.
- You own: inventory content you create, including notes and photos you add, subject to applicable law.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Inventory data is stored locally on your device. By using the Software, you acknowledge that local storage and optional exports are your responsibility to manage and back up as needed.
App Store Purchases
If you purchase the App or any related paid features through the Apple App Store, payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies. Contact Apple Support for purchase or refund issues.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Selector Coins Manager does not guarantee specific collection outcomes or market valuations.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF INVENTORY DATA.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
Updates and Modifications
SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. You acknowledge that the Software may require updates to continue functioning properly. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
