Important Notice

By downloading or using Selector Coins Manager ("the App"), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Usage

Selector Coins Manager is designed to help you organize and document a physical coin collection for personal use. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial redistribution of the software without prior written permission from SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD.
• Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works of the software.

3. Your Collection Content

You retain ownership of the inventory content you enter (such as coin notes, valuations you provide, and photos you attach). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to store and use that content. Inventory data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

4. Privacy and Data

The App does not require an online account for core features. Preferences and inventory may be stored locally to provide functionality. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. No Financial or Appraisal Advice

Estimated values, purchase costs, and reports in the App are tools for your own recordkeeping. They are not professional appraisals, investment advice, or guarantees of market value. Consult a qualified dealer or appraiser when you need formal valuation.

6. Suitable for Ages 13+

The App is appropriate for users aged 13+ and is designed as a general collection utility. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.

7. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk. Keep backups of important inventory exports if you rely on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELECTOR COINS MANAGER LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes and Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
